01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and xy999 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the xy999 website accessible at https://xy999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager or utilising any service offered by xy999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on xy999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is the greater. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

4. You must not be a registered self-excluded player on the xy999 platform or on any linked responsible-gambling exclusion register maintained by the Operator's licensing authority.
5. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent or close associate of the Operator or any associated entity where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest in relation to gambling activity.
6. Each User may maintain only one (1) registered account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration on xy999 requires the submission of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact telephone number. The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any point where the Operator has reasonable grounds to verify a User's identity — the User will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process includes the submission of:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — is the standard accepted document.
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months, where required by the Operator.
• A recent selfie photograph where requested by the Operator's compliance team.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required, to confirm that the payment method used belongs to the registered account holder.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

07 Bonuses & Promotions

xy999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) that must be wagered before the associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to trigger most bonuses. The indicative minimum is PKR 1,000, though individual offers may specify a higher threshold.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a specified period from the date of credit. Unused bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

08 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the xy999 platform. Sport-specific rules — including those applicable to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other markets — are published in the platform's betting rules documentation and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager without providing a reason.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirmation.
• The Operator may void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match integrity concerns arise or where the Operator determines that a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. The Operator accepts no liability for bet acceptance delays attributable to connectivity issues or data feed interruptions.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed in the betting interface. These limits may vary by sport, event and market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Operator's records shall be the primary reference point, subject to the User's right to raise a formal complaint through the platform's dispute resolution process.

09 Responsible Gambling

The Operator recognises that while the majority of Users engage with the platform for entertainment purposes within their means, a minority may develop patterns of gambling that are harmful to themselves or others. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits via their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when set to a lower value. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits already used for gambling activity. Users who initiate chargebacks may be permanently excluded from the platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xy999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, software and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of xy999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, frame, scrape, data-mine or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xy999 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service provided therein, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits or reputational damage.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xy999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Operator does not guarantee that any odds, prices or information displayed on the platform are accurate, current or complete at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Privacy & Data Processing

The collection, processing, storage and use of personal data submitted by Users in connection with their use of the xy999 platform is governed by the xy999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://xy999.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Operator processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, fulfil its licensing and AML/KYC obligations, and communicate with you in connection with your account.

14 Amendments to These Terms

xy999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification, prominent on-site notice or both. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and registered. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the xy999 platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including applicable Pakistani legislation.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the platform's customer support process shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Operator's licensing terms, or to a court of competent jurisdiction as applicable.

For the avoidance of doubt: xy999 does not represent, warrant or imply that use of the platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. The legality of online gambling varies between jurisdictions and may change over time. Users access the platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.
